| Cliff SEIA - 2/8/2024 05:18 I downloaded a boat tracker app to watch Navy traffic in the harbor and that was interesting, got to see three aircraft carriers go in and out of port, was able to watch one until it was over 8 miles away.
That's cool, we never saw anything of any size or significance move when we were there a couple years ago.
The Midway was awesome, I could have probably spent most of 2 days on there if I had been by myself and hadn't had someone constantly asking when I was going to be done.
Laying on Coronado Beach at the right times of day is kind of like watching an airshow. There's constantly stuff coming and going.
La Jolla Cove is really cool other than the smell of the sea lions. You will want to shower immediately afterwards if you go in the water. The sea lions are everywhere and will harass you if you get to close to their space.
