Yes zero chance of commingling and zero chance there is customers money lost. Sorry this is not a political witch hunt nor MG global 2.0.

Edit:spelling

Quoting even though I hope you're right, but since Jesus himself wasn't the CFO, there is still a chance something bad could happen. To be clear, I'm not saying ADM is going away and all customer funds will be lost (see my above post). However to say there is a 0% chance anything illegal could have been going on is equally as foolish. What does it hurt to take a risk off approach and see how it shakes out? The OP or anyone else for that matter doesn't owe ADM anything and if the shoe were on the other foot, they would pull their money without a second thought.

I’m going to take 2 more knife stabs at this…. Folks in ADM, the shareholders, board of directors, and the rest of business world operate on money. The only day of “reckoning” they actually realize is when folks PULL their money (aka confidence) from their organization and take it to somewhere else. This same organization and all these folks never blew a whistle on the shady chit that was occurring in order for their OWN PERSONAL GAIN.

The only way for this management group from the top down is get a big friggin kick in the butt so they truly understand what they did ERODED CONFIDENCE in their systems and checks and balances and what they SIGNED OFF on. And, that happens only when MONEY leaves to send a message.

They can hit bottom….then they can earn some TRUST back.

Pull it!
