Insurance fraud? Have you seen his soil samples, wheat stands, yield potential/crop conditions? Lots of wheat gets fertilized that doesn't need it here. Only a third of mine needs any to reach avg yields.
Best reread what he posted. Sure sounds like he is suggesting changing farming practices solely because of crop insurance.
He said in his post why spend money on fertilizer to reduce an insurance claim.
