To a point, for sure. It would likely require some more follow through later into the season. With that said, most of my yield records are from 2016, but I went into the 16 season with more moisture I’d say.
Edit to add- I wasn’t sure how dry or wet eastern IA and IL was going into and during winter. I just haven’t paid much attention.
