I know its not cool to be using such old phones. I shouldn't admit it but I use our old iPhone 6's yet with a backup camera on the combine and a dooryard camera. Their SIM cards were just moved to the somewhat newer iPhone 8's.
I just made the plunge and moved up to a refurbished iPhone XR. I paid a bit more and got it with supposedly a new battery. I am charging up the old iPhone 8 right now to proceed with the "transfer" to the iPhone XR.
Since the dooryard camera is pointed out the back window, it can be left plugged into a charger at all times. I'm not sure what to do with the other iPhone 8 when its battery status becomes desperate |
