Had a field of over 30 years CRP but mowed every year the last 10. Fall burn down, spring burn down, no till beans, 60 bpa the first year, pattern tiled and leveled year two and got 214 bpa corn. 60 csr ground. Hope to be permanently no till with the pattern tile here on out. First and only field I own and I pretty well already got my tile investment back.
