I didn’t mess with mowing or bale any crp on this field back onSeptember 5th. I just hit it with an offset disc, the picture is probably after 2 or maybe 3 passes that chopped up a lot of the heavy clumps of crp grasses. There was still some dying residue there but it worked well. I was able to sow a cover crop mix of rye,oat,radish,clovers about a week later. The cover looks great and should be ready for corn this spring. No way I could’ve just sprayed it and no-tilled a successful crop
