Central Wi | We had a 5230 2wd for a few years. In its defense we bought it reasonably at Hennessy auction. Had some electrical issues and traced most of the issues to mice in the cab top. Had nests of cotton so it must of migrated north sometime. While it was here we had to fix the pto as it wouldn't work in 540. Did the parking brake. Transmission needed some new clutch packs. Had some cheap new tires on it that never really hooked up. It needed more weight. Was fine for haying. Ac never really worked great. Cab was small for a tall guy. Took a loss and traded it for a Maxxum 115. If you come across a Mx 120 , 135 or 150 they are a nicer tractor. We have a mx110 and it's just a nicer tractor all around. | |
