Just plumb in a mechanical air gauge.
As long as you do not change the adjustment on your leveling valve they are pretty consistent.
Uneven ground is a challenge for any system, even weigh bars as the weight transfer is different due to the angle of the truck in relation to gravity.
That said, If you load ouot of a bin that opn a grade, one can figure out where you need to be pretty quick.
