Everyone uses those same boxes, just different shafts for different mfg. Take the four bolts out the top the part you need to work on will come with it, will have two tapered bearing held in place by snap rings. You need them and a seal if shaft is good, should have been a grease zert on there as those bearings don't get oil very well. Had to have a shaft made when those went out on our hutch though, was still cheaper than a new box.
