Eastern Ontario, Canada | lifelong close friend of mine is a Deere salesman, he stoped in last week and we got talking and he isn't allowed to take a 2630 in on trade for a G5, he can only give the bounty Deere has put on the 2630, which is 2500 USD or 3300 CDN. they've told him to just send it in with the activations on it. basically he can't give me money for my activations. I have been thinking about this for a bit myself since the activations are permanent again and like I have done before with AMS equipment, I figured id sell my 2630 with AT/SC before the market gets flooded with them and it seems it has started. anyways he phoned this week and found an older farmer who wants to buy my 2630 and the farmer offered me $8000 CDN. I said lets do it and the G5 Plus is $12000 CDN. I hope and think this is a good move, 4k to move up doesn't seem so bad. | |
