SE IL | I can agree to a lot of that, I can’t find it now but am certain China still has tariffs on our soybeans and pretty sure it’s at the same 25% as when things turned ugly. I believe they had a 13% tariff on us soy before any trade war started at all. Of course their inner politics we don’t know and how many waivers were granted for the tariffs. I think a lot of the SA investment was happening anyway although this may have sped up the process. | |
