If they price off June. I’d agree to also hedge off june. Don’t know enough on LRP but learning. If you got 80 head at 850lbs. You will need two contracts to cover. 40000lbs fat contracts I believe. Cost you roughly $45 a head from my figures. What strike price to buy. Pry at the money. Speculation occurs when buying out the money to save money premium. I think a true hedge should always be at the money or in the money.
