These giant corporations do not have any such bylaws nor constraints on speculation. They also have the capital to move the market any which way they like, at least in the near term. Please don't pretend they are altruistic and put the producers interests ahead of their own corporate greed. They exist to make profits for their shareholders, in any "legal" manner possible, and that is about it... | |
