East of Broken Bow		Here, we keep both the furnace thermostat, as well as the A/C settings wherever my wife wants them. I am free to make a suggestion, like 'is it cold in here, or is it just me?' and if she's OK with it, I might move it a couple degrees.
Otherwise, if I'm hot I change to shorts, if I'm cold I get a blanket or put on some flannel.


Oh, and don't think my wife is hard to live with or anything like that. Soon after we got married, we hashed things out, and she runs the house and surrounding area, and I run the shop, cattle pens, and fields. It is out of respect to her territory that I ask before I move it. I may be chilled, but for all I know she just got done baking me a big batch of cookies and feels warm from working by the oven (and I'm serious about this, we were snowed in for 4 days and I got 2 batches of cookies and a cheesecake). If we get much more snow I won't be getting chilled any more due to my extra layers of fat keeping me warm, LOL.
