Republic OH (NC OH)		for winter my thermostat is set at 58 degrees day and
52 at night. no heat upstairs, use a heated mattress pad.
bedroom was 37 degrees last sunday night. sitting around
in the evening i'll use a heated throw blanket.

for the summer if the house temperature gets to 82-84 i'll
run the a/c for a while. no a/c in my bedroom. i use a window
fan and ceiling fan. temps range most hot nights 85-95. i
sleep just fine.
