NW Iowa		We got our first furnace with a thermostat six weeks ago. Before the furnace we had a gas heater in the basement and one on the first floor. The stair door was the thermostat for second floor heat. Now we have even heat throughout the house. But we are still learning. Presently it’s a programmable thermostat set from 11:00 pm till 5:30 am but I bump it up to 72. We will learn about air conditioning next summer.
