| I appreciate everyone's input. I'm not trying to punish these guys- Like I say in my last reply, they will take off maybe 3 days a year... they want to work and I want to give them something meaningful to do.
Perhaps my post should've been brainstorming the pros and cons of farm related (use the shop/ equipment/ know-how) side hustles:
*Fencing
*Cleaning/ Fixing Up and Flipping Equipment
*Brokering Purchased Hay
*Manufacturing/ Selling Farm Gates
*Firewood
*Mowing Municipality Roadsides and Right of Ways
