Best idea I've seen is putting bundles of barn wood on pallets and selling it at auction. Would work for the metal as well. Then people can buy as much or as little as they want. At least once a year somebody tells me how much all my old barn wood is worth. I tell them to tear it down and sell it and they can have the money. Nobody takes me up on it.
