Subject: RE: Market Comments

"...But eventually we will run out of sellers for now... shorts will feed on themselves..." i think that says a lot, bears are running low on bull meat. for the market game to work, the boat cant be loaded too heavy on one side,

conventional wisdom is the bears can wait us out and eventually plink us off when we have to leave the cabin. some they will, as they have to step out to mail off checks to john deere and landlords in the next month. but many have deep pockets, some can seal the grain and with my elevator they offer 3.25% interest on inputs balance due after harvest. im not endorsing any strategy of prolonging the misery over just taking a licking in the cash market, but there are avenues one could take if they were to believe somewhat better prices could come over the next 6,7 months.

the bears shake the tree, hoping to make one of us to fall on a lower branch where they can jump up and and get some claws in our heel and pull us off the tree. maybe a few of us fall out, maybe corn goes up a dime allowing some of us to sneak to a safer tree? :-)
