Subject: RE: Best tool to trim tree limbs along field edges?

I bought a utility 4 wd bucket truck several years ago. It is funny how often it gets used now. I have a hydraulic pole saw and chain saw. I use the pole saw much more than the chainsaw. It has a 55' working height. It will lift 1400# if controlled from the ground. I have lifted parts up and down from on top of the bins. Put up barn quilts, pulled drainage pumps, trimmed and removed trees form over buildings, loaded three separate wooden swing sets mostly intact for the grand kids, lifted rafters for a small garage, and lifted insurance adjusters up on my roofs and the church roofs for inspection...... among other things. For field boarders you can trim for nearly an hour from one spot. I built a grapple bucket out of a small skid loader bucket for my 4510 JD to pile the brush. Makes me productive without having to lift much. Getting too old for that.
