| How do we know if the decline will be short-lived ( couple years) or drag on for 5 or so. The chart really doesn't define that , it could go either way. What made you convinced the rally would start end of 2020 and not begin until a year later. The fact that it probed a historic low ? It had a couple times prior and didn't rally
