Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Drove about a hundred miles for the 2017 eclipse. To really experience it you must be in totality. 90% is not the same.
Had a partial eclipse this past fall. Maybe 70% or so. It was cloudy. I thought the clouds were just getting thicker then remembered the eclipse.
Don't think I will make this one. Busy time of year and that would be a 400 mile drive one way at least.
