Agree. If your farming competitors are all taking the subsidies, and those subsidies are baked in to the overall farm economy that you're working within, you would be stupid to not take them.

Yes, it would be nice if those subsidies didn't exist. But it's just foolish to voluntarily refuse them when everyone else is using them. I don't see anything wrong at all with campaigning for the removal of the subsidies, while at the same time taking advantage of them.
