Personally I don't care what type of car you drive. Just don't tell me what to drive or expect me to help pay for YOUR choice of vehicle.


I like that stance. Even though I bought a Tesla, I despise that the tax credit exists. On the other hand, I’m in the habit of taking care of every redistribution of wealth I’m able to because despite disliking it, those are the cards I’be been dealt and I have to play them to the best of my ability. That’s why I sign up for poorly designed, implemented and monitored NRCS programs. That’s why I walk into the FSA office with my hat in my hand and sign up for the farm program payments. That’s why I utilize subsidized crop insurance. That’s why I grow mostly corn in wheat county (initially subsidized and permanently mandated ethanol baby).

I agree all of that stuff shouldn’t exist but they do so I play the hand I’ve been dealt.
