I just received mine in the mail and haven't it hooked up yet. We are looking at below freezing temps for about 10 days straight. I have a plastic float on the water tank I'll be using. I was concerned about the freezing of the float and the float side of the Y (opposite of the freeze miser). Wasn't sure if there was potential for them to freeze and crack on that side.
Does Freeze Miser actually work?
