Pay the same for seed, herbicide, parts, ect... People from the twin cites been buying up marginal ground for hunting or a cabin so stuff that grows 120 bu corn is 4k+ now...
Grass pasture for cows (ground that you can not row crop) sells for well over $4k here. Anything that can be farmed and will raise 100+ bushel corn will easily sell for 2x-2.5x that.
