Subject: RE: Recommend a washer and dryer set

Latimer, Iowa (north central)
My wife is a big fan and that is all that really matters. It is a good fit for us as a couple that doesn't create huge volumes of laundry. I could see capacity being an issue for a large family with multiple loads a day. A load or two or less a day its great! Very nice to just be the one machine doing everything. The dryer part works different then most and doesn't heat the clothes as much so less heat damage. Works by evaporating humidity in the air of the machine instead of heating it up. They have had them in Europe for years I guess where its normal to have the machine in the kitchen to save space.

Except that after I washed a load of farm clothes that I wore loading a stepdeck of small squares of straw I am no longer allowed to use it and have to wash "dirty" farm clothes at a hog site now. Works out though because now my other clothes get washed and dried because I am not to be trusted****
