did kinda the same thing a number of years ago, except it was a flood area.
phone call to an order buyer, 2% commission to him, payed the trucker in Benjamins and I was in the cattle business at
just a tick north cull cow prices.
Down side, I wasn't smart enough to liquidate as planned. Most of them old girls were the base for a twenty year run. :)
