Southern NJ		Speed queen comes with 5 year parts and labor warranty. I've used the warranty process and it was taken care of no problems.

These were basic issues but I was expecting to have difficulty getting them to send a service guy out.

These were purchased from local appliance store who has a speed queen agreement with a local appliance repair store.
