SE Wisconsin | I had a similar argument with a roofing company. They charged me $1500 or 10 hours @150 per hour. 2 guys x 5 hours each to drive to my shop and clean gutters/drains on roof. Fortunately I have cameras and only counted a half hour on the roof and they are located 15 minutes away from me...
Sad we can't just trust one another.
I have worked with crane companies at work a few times... they definitely tend to round up quite heavily and get paid for their "breaks" with no problem.
