Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | I think they are legal in Indiana from October through May.
I remember Mom and Dad using them, always changing over to the "winter snow tires" in late fall and back again in the spring, I know they helped a lot on ice.
I honestly don't know anyone that uses them around here anymore, almost everyone has a 4X4 of some kind to drive in the winter.
If they are legal, and you can find or make some (screw in yourself) I'm sure they would help.
