Mostly. 

The outer wing cylinders were pitting pretty good so we replaced them with new ones.  The inner wing cylinders are a bigger cylinders and they were good but the seals were bad so we just replaced the seals.   

Yes on the hoses.  It is per the 'pre' picture we took plus as the book shows.
