I had a CIH 930 toolbar that started lowering uneven. Tried quite a few ideas. There was a junction block in the plumbing going out to both wings—local tech thought it was supposed to help keeping sections even in hilly ground or something…. On a whim we took those 2 blocs out and used standard threaded couplers at the joint and the bar worked properly.
