| Do you have a set of forks?
If it is only 40 trees, get the ones the mower does easily, then put you forks fairly vertical and go down next to the tree. Roll the forks forward ( towards level). If that doesn't work. Go around it some more with the forks vertical.
IF one backs up slightly when rolling the fork it increases the pop out force. I have done trees that are 8 inches.
Not fast but for a few it is cheaper, and probably faster than going and buying something.
I have pushed out some trees of up to a foot with the bucket, but takes some time and depends on the type of tree and soil conditions.
Just dig around a bit and push.
I have a 260 Deere for reference.
If you can find a cheapo disc that sticks out past your tractor tires, you will be surprised what you can do with that also, Just don't use a good disc, unless it is pretty heavy. | |
