NW IL | Just finished our 60x136x17. 3+” of spray foam on the walls. We didn’t sheet the walls. Put in a ceiling and blew r60 cellulose on top. We did the cellulose but hired the rest done. Under 60 k for the above.
We installed a modine 400k. There 3-4k
Shop around. It can be done reasonably if it doesn’t need to be fancy.
