Nw Iowa | 20 a sq ft to finish it with foam and lights and steel liner and electrical work and some basic plumbing. Those figures would not be anything fancy here. But would be well insulated. At least that is what it cost me last year. Had electrical service already in to building and put in a very small office with parts storage over it and a bathroom. Doors were already in the building. Overhead doors have gotten stupid high. | |
