Is there one end/ area where you'll be doing most of the shop work? If so, especially if on one end, I'd look into a radiant tube heater, against a wall, angled to project the heat outward.

Before I got my heat going in my shop, (64'x64x18', foamed walls, blown cellulose in attic), my shop would stay above freezing with no heat. I could pull my pickup in, in the evening, and by morning the snow and ice on it would be melted off. With the radiant in one specific area, you'd not be trying to heat the whole space as much, and radiant is easily turned on and off for when you are/ aren't working inside.

Don't know about pricing, as it was long enough ago that my prices wouldn't be relevant today.
