www.mouser.com has one type and one in stock. Data sheet at:

You want on-on-on. I didn't see any on the McMaster-Carr pages. Just on-off-on which is common and much simpler.
Note from the NKK data sheet that external connections are needed on the switch terminals to accomplish your circuit.
