| Noticed today I’ve got a steer calf with a bulge in the umbilical area. I haven’t dealt with this before. The calf is around 5 months old, and a Holstein angus cross.
Appears healthy, and eating just fine. I will be calling my vet first thing on the 26th. But wanted to get some thoughts here as everything is currently closed for the holiday.
Any ideas what this is? Thoughts on severity and ability to recover/treat/heal?
