The Access cover on the 1999 F350 is 20 years old and the Velcro and the rest of the cover is in perfect condition.
So this year put an Access cover on the Ford ranger. I know you can buy cheaper soft covers but walking through parking lots I see how they hold up so for a few hundred dollars more I'd rather have something I know works perfect after 20 years.
Also have a Bakflip mx4 cover on a truck like some others mentioned ,,,very well built it folds up against the back window which some people I guess complain about but very satisfied with it and the fit and finish is perfect. On the Bakflip mx4 cover there are some dense foam pads that rest against the back of the cab and some adjustable legs that hold the cover tight against the back of the cab. The pic that says tighten with the spinner knob is to snug up the soft cover if it stretches,,,,,,never had to tighten the cover on the f350.
