Subject: RE: perma bulls and perma bears

I think anyone who labels someone else a perma bull or bear has a bias if the opposite, their head in the sand, and an unwillingness to recognize that there are always factors both positive and negative that are pulling on the market.

I also just shake my head if the number of farmers that spend more time and effort trying to find entry points to BUY the commodities that they raise, and are reluctant to look for seasonal SELL points.

Another thing I see but don’t understand is that late spring/early summer so many can think of 1000 reasons not to sell the rallies of that time period when production risk is in general greatest, and often prices set their high, yet at harvest when prices are in general at/near their low because of the flood of the newly harvested crop, and they probably look at their sold/unsold position on the just harvested crop… get all eager to make a new crop sale.
