Yep, now be prepared to spend half again the cost over the next 5 years buying all the attachments for it that you didn't know you needed.
Big snow bucket, rock grapple, tree puller, hitch adapter, snow blower, land plane, grader, forks. Have borrowed or rented a backhoe, post hole auger, jackhammer. Dang thing is a Swiss army knife.
