There is a lot of neat options out there for led flat mount highbay led lights as well as the typical highbay lights. You can "bolt" through the ceiling into the ufo instead of using the supplied hook if you prefer that. Also can run the ufo pig tail up through the ceiling and into junction box in attic if you don't want to see the connection point.
I would not go with the integrated strip lights like you see a lot of on Facebook and eBay, amazon. They are a low quality light and when the first light goes out in 1-2years you probably won't find the exact light anymore. Let alone someone to honor the warranty. So than you order something that's close and have a new shop with miss matched lights. They are ok for above a work bench or in parts room or something but not on the ceiling of your new shop that is going to be on all day several days of the week. Also you can't trust the lumen output claims on those strip lights. I have checked Amp draw on them and especially a lot f the 8 footers are not drawing what they claim. Thus they do not put out the lumens they claim either...... try to find a dlc number for 8ft integrated led lights....

I recommend 80-100 lumens per square foot for a shop space.
