Currently have a 9ft blower on the rear of a jd 7290r mfwd. It has a front 3pt and I've wondered about adding a snow pusher to the front. I have a hydraulic 3rd link to control pitch. Would I like the pusher or will it scoop too much gravel?
Was thinking I could windrow the snow and then blast it where I want it with the snow blower at the end.
Does it have a front PTO? I always thought having a by-directional tractor for the best of both would be best snow tractor for my area.
As said guides. Angle should be able to be set to avoid digging. My blower I don’t blow first snow. I pack it to ice. Adjust blower slightly high angle. It rides on ice. |
