NW Washington | That is a plow that only rides on the front wheels when the plow is out of the ground. The hitch has to be stiff because it is holding up the rear of the plow when it is out of the ground. The levers are both set to the most shallow position. The right lever levels the plow and the lever near the lift clutch is used for mainly setting the plowing depth.
