The magnification number is the least -most magnification power followed by the diameter of the front lenses. Things like adjustable parallax aren't even mentioned in that list. There's a tremendous amount of options.
What's the distance, target, speed of target. Are you a one rifle "know the Kentucky windage" guy or a "do the math and dial" ?
