Subject: School me on rifle scopes


chortitz, manitoba		Our government says guns are bad and need to be banned so I bought some more. Need scope for my new Tikka .17 cal.

I really have no idea what the magnification number mean. Normally whatever the salesman recommends.

Also how do I pick which mounts and clamps I need?
