I use a 15gal. Handler for 20 years and it works great. Lid on top of cone is large enough to drop an unopened bag down onto the "knife". Quickly splits the bag, rinse valve on side flushes ams into inductor. Works especially well of have an solid "lumps" in ams. If you use any 2.5 gal jugs at all, seriously consider a Handler. They work great. I can split, empty, and rise a jug in less time than it would take to remove the cap and pull out the metal seal.
