These older leaf spring trucks are never going to be a smooth ride but my improvements make them a lot more user friendly, especially since my back isn’t young anymore either.. The original hard rubber cab mounts just beat you to death over washboard roads. My air ride system has just enough give to take out some of the harshness. I think over time it will also keep the cab in better shape since it’s not getting rattled as much.
